Back To Training | My 180

Alright, I’ll admit it: I’ve been a slack ass the past few months. You will however be glad to know that I’m officially back in the swing of things. And by “back,” I really mean waking up at the crack of dawn to have my ass kicked by my Trainer. This morning was full of burpees, pushups, lunges and planks. While waking up that early sucked, the feeling after my workout was priceless.
