Sleep

Great weekend. Got a solid workout in on Saturday, bought a dapper new vest and pair of dress pants for Josh’s wedding and spent some time with friends. I’ll get a longer post up later in the week, but for now it’s off to bed. I’m committing the next two weeks to getting 8-9 hours of sleep per night. Everything I’ve read points to sleep as being key in continued weight loss and maintaining good health. It seems that every night I find some excuse not to make it to bed before 11p. Hopefully this will be the start a healthy change.

10:59p. Time for bed.
