While everyone else is eating pumpkin pie, pumpkin cream cheese muffins and pumpkin cheesecake (oh God how I want some pumpkin cheesecake), I’m trying to stay disciplined while enjoying the flavors of the season. I’ve created what I’m calling Liquid Pumpkin Pie. Here’s the recipe:
- I cup So Delicious Dairy Free Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 3 massive tablespoons of Organic Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- Fresh Ground Cinnamon
- 3 packets Stevia In The Raw
- 3 ice-cubes
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend away! The result is an amazing healthy and organic treat that will satisfy your sweet and pumpkin craving.
