Two Managers from Publix at Gervais dropped off a basket full of fresh fruit, apple chips, crossword puzzles, a card and a fresh carrot cake. They said they just wanted to check up on me after my surgery and thank me for shopping at their store. How is that for creating customer loyality!

I’ll be having surgery at 1p Wednesday to remove by gallbladder. The surgery is going to be done at Lexington Medical Center, just a few miles from my home here in downtown Columbia.
